A little About us and what we do

We are Project Habits of Happy People.  As part of our project, we looked at different situations and causes of stress in teenagers.  These can manifest themselves in many different ways including but not limited to anxiety and depression. In the second and main part of our project we identified different strategies teenagers can use to help them to cope with stressful situations these include, herbal medicine, looking after your physical well-being, and listening to different genres of music to name a few.
