Sleeping
Sleeping is an excellent strategy to help cope with stress. It’s a great way of taking a break from all the nonsense you're going through by turning your body off for a while. At the same time getting a good night sleep can help reduce the levels of stress. Although, staying up late can really screw up your sleeping routine that can lead to stress and behaviour changes, trust me, I’ve been through this heaps.
In my opinion, a good minimum of sleep is 6-8 hours as it is my sleeping time and it seems to work out good for me. This is usually the sleep count for teenagers usually because teenagers (like me) feel sleepy a lot at times. It also depends on your sleeping routine, you don’t want to stay up nearly all night and mess up your daytime function because daytime is when all the fun happens. Go to bed at a suitable time and wake up at a perfect time, either close to sunrise or several hours after sunrise.
