Mindfulness - Focusing on the Preston moment & acknowledging & accepting your thoughts and feelings.

Flow - A state of creative concentration that happens when an activity is at just the right level of difficulty.

MIndfulness & Flow are both characterized by deliberate action & control on our part, & watching these videos is pretty passive.

Looking at satisfying images releases roughly the same amount of "happy hormones" as a hug. Looking at a satisfying image releases a select amount of dopamine into your body, giving you a really calm and relaxed feeling.
